摘 要:针对车载自诊断系统故障分析结果精准度差的问题,研发基于数据分析的车辆故障系统。结合数据分析技术,设计系统总体结构。通过车辆的OBD汽车尾气诊断系统接口与车辆的CAN总线直接连接,研发设计系统硬件,在子站结构中,设备禁止与监控系统组网。采用P87C591微控制器,设计CAN网关,将RST引脚保持为两个周期的低电平工作模式,实现不同引脚CAN收发器相连。依据软件流程框图,研究数据分析模块,完成车辆故障系统设计。实验结果表明,该系统故障分析结果精准度最高可达到0.92,具有一定推广价值。Aiming at the problem of poor accuracy of fault analysis results of vehicle self diagnosis system,a vehicle fault system based on data analysis is developed.Combined with data analysis technology,the overall structure of the system is designed.Through the vehicle OBD vehicle exhaust diagnosis system interface and the vehicle can bus direct connection,research and design system hardware,in the sub station structure,the equipment is prohibited to network with the monitoring system.Using P87 C591 microcontroller,can gateway is designed to keep RST pin in two cycles of lowlevel working mode,and can transceivers with different pins are connected.According to the software flow chart,the data analysis module is studied and the vehicle fault system design is completed.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the fault analysis results of the system can reach 0.92,which has a certain promotion value.
