摘　　要：ABS树脂是丁二烯、丙烯腈、苯乙烯的共聚物,在其中间产品的生产过程中会产生大量的废水,该废水中含有高浓度的磷、酸、COD、SS等,所以不易处理,本文简述了ABS树脂废水的来源及水质特征,介绍了我厂的ABS废水预处理技术,该技术能够有效解决污水高磷、高酸问题,并且能很大程度的降低废水中SS和COD的含量。ABS resin is a copolymer of butadiene,acrylonitrile,styrene,A large amount of waste water will be produced in the production of intermediate products.The wastewater contains high concentration of phosphorus,acid,COD,SS,etc.So it is not easy to carry out sewage treatment.In this paper,the source and water quality characteristics of ABS resin wastewater are described,The pretreatment technology of ABS wastewater in our plant is introduced,which can effectively solve the problem of high phosphorus and And it can greatly reduce the content of SS and COD in wastewater.
