基于阴道微生态探讨妇炎平胶囊联合甲硝唑栓治疗阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道炎患者采用妇炎平胶囊联合甲硝唑栓治疗对阴道微生态的影响。方法选取2019年1~6月清溪镇社区卫生服务中心收治的400例阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分观察组(妇炎平胶囊+甲硝唑栓)与对照组(甲硝唑栓),每组各200例,比较两组患者的阴道微生态指标及治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的阴道pH值、阴道菌群密集度及菌群多样性改善程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的乳酸杆菌计数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率(95.50%)高于对照组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访3个月后观察组复发率(5.24%)低于对照组(27.88%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇炎平胶囊联合甲硝唑栓治疗阴道炎能改善阴道内环境,提高疗效,减少不良反应,还能预防疾病复发。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fuyanping Capsules combined with Metronidazole Suppository on vaginal microecology in patients with vaginitis.Methods From January to December 2019,400 patients with vaginitis received treatment in the Community Health Service Center of Qingxi Town were randomly divided into the observation group(Fuyanping Capsules with Metronidazole Suppository)and the control group(Metronidazole Suppository,with 200 cases in each group.The vaginal microecological indexes and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pH value,bacterial density and diversity of vagina in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of lactobacilli in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(95.50%)was higher than that in the control group(82.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions of patients between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the relapse rate in the observation group(5.24%)was lower than that in the control group(27.88%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuyanping Capsules combined with Metronidazole Suppository for vaginitis can improve the internal environment of the vagina,improve the curative effect,reduce adverse reactions,and prevent disease recurrence.
