摘　　要：人才培养是各行各业持续发展的关键环节,是各企事业研究机构人事工作重点。对于中医医史文献学科,既往对其人才培养模式研究较少。本研究对中国中医科学院中国医史文献研究所、上海中医文献馆、上海中医药大学、南京中医药大学、山东中医药大学、广州中医药大学、中国科学院自然科学史研究所7家具有代表性中医医史文献研究机构人才现状进行调研,对中医医史文献专业人才培养的外在表现进行系统分析,并探索适合中医医史文献研究机构的人才培养模式,以期对相关研究机构人才培养提供借鉴。The cultivation of the talented personnel is the key link for all professions and trades,and is the focus of personnel work in research institutions of various enterprises and institutions.As for the discipline of traditional Chinese medical history and literature,there were few researches on the talented personnel cultivation mode in the past.This study investigated the current situation of talented personnel in 7 research institutes of traditional Chinese medical history and literature,like Research Institute of Chinese Medical History,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,Shanghai Literature Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,and the Institute for the History of Natural Sciences,Chinese Academy of Sciences,systematically analyzed the outward manifestation of the talented personnel cultivation of traditional Chinese medical history and literature,and explored the suitable talented personnel cultivation mode for literature institute of the history of the traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for the related institutes to cultivate talented personnel.
