基于多种模式的内蒙古农牧业特色化研究

摘　　要：内蒙古自治区是我国重要的粮食产地和牛羊肉产地,农牧业特色化发展对内蒙古地区精准脱贫、乡村振兴、产业结构优化升级、经济高质量发挥着关键性的作用。通过分析内蒙古农牧业发展现状,提出以农牧业循环一体化、农牧业与休闲旅游相结合、农牧业订单生产、盆栽式种植、沙漠多功能开发、智能农牧业等多种模式实现农牧业特色化发展;并且从环境、人才、服务、组织、平台等方面推动农牧业特色化发展,发挥内蒙古农牧业"留资源、增收入、夯基础"的作用,加快精准脱贫、振兴乡村从而全面建设小康社会的步伐。The Inner Mongolia autonomous region is an important grain producing and beef and mutton producing in China. The characteristic development of agriculture and animal husbandry features plays a key role in targeted poverty alleviation,rural revitalization,industrial structure optimization and upgrading,and highquality economy in Inner Mongolia. By analyzing the current of agriculture and animal husbandry development in Inner Mongolia,we put forward several models to realize the characteristic development of agriculture,such as agriculture and animal husbandry circulation integration,the combination of agriculture and animal husbandry and leisure tourism,agriculture and animal husbandry orders production,pot planting,the multifunctional development of desert, intelligent agriculture and animal husbandry and so on to realize the characteristic development of agriculture and animal husbandry. We will promote the characteristic development of agriculture and animal husbandry from the aspects of environment,talent,service,organization,platform,etc.We will give full play to the role of agriculture and animal husbandry in conserving resources,increasing incomes and consolidating the foundation of development. We will accelerate targeted poverty alleviation,revitalize rural areas and build a well-off society in an all-round way.
