摘  要:麦角酰二乙胺(LSD)是麦角生物碱的衍生物,属于半合成吲哚类生物碱,是活性最强的致幻剂之一。服用会导致焦虑、幻觉、精神错乱和自杀冲动。LSD在较低的剂量即可达到很强的精神活性,加之稳定性差、代谢快,生物检材中的定性定量成为法庭科学研究领域的难点。通过对LSD的毒理学性质及代谢物、样品处理以及生物样品中LSD及其代谢物的检测方法进行综述,以期为法医毒物及临床工作者提供参考和帮助。Lysergic acid diethylamide(LSD),derivative of ergot alkaloids and belonging to semi-synthetic indole derivatives,is one of the most potent hallucinogens.It is considered to be a highly dangerous drug due to its tendency to produce anxiety,hallucination,feelings of psychosis and suicidal impulse.Even a very low dosage will cause very strong impact.The detection of LSD continues to be a challenge due to the poor stability,fast metabolism and the very low concentrations in body fluids.Recently,cases on LSD new drugs are frequently reported.This paper reviewed the toxicology,metabolism,pretreatment and analyzing methods of LSD and its metabolites in physiological specimens,and aimed at providing reference and help for forensic toxicology and clinical peers.
