桂枝麻黄各半汤联合熏蒸发汗法治疗血瘀型银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察桂枝麻黄各半汤联合熏蒸发汗法治疗血瘀型寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取血瘀型寻常型银屑病患者48例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(25例)和对照组(23例),对照组患者口服加减桃红四物汤,观察组患者口服加减桂枝麻黄各半汤联合中药熏蒸方熏蒸。治疗4、8周末,分别采用银屑病面积和严重程度指数(psoriasis area severity index,PASI)的减分率判定临床疗效,采用皮肤病生活质量指数(dermatology life quality index,DLQI)评价患者的生活质量。结果治疗4、8周末,两组患者DLQI评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者DLQI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗4、8周末,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者未发生明显的不良反应。结论桂枝麻黄各半汤内服联合熏蒸发汗法对血瘀型银屑病具有较好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Guizhi Mahuang Geban Decoction combined with fumigation and sweating in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood stasis syndrome.Methods A total of 48 patients with psoriasis vulgaris with blood stasis syndrome were enrolled and divided into observation group with 25 patients and control group with 23 patients using a random number table.The patients in the control group were given oral administration of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction,and those in the observation group were given Guizhi Mahuang Geban Decoction combined with Chinese herbal fumigation and sweating.At the end of weeks 4 and 8 of treatment,the rate of reduction in Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI)was used to evaluate clinical outcome,and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)was used to evaluate quality of life.Results At the end of weeks 4 and 8 of treatment,both groups had a significant reduction in DLQI score(P<0.05),and the observation group had a significantly lower DLQI score than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a significantly better clinical outcome than the control group at the end of weeks 4 and 8 of treatment(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was observed in either group.Conclusion Guizhi Mahuang Geban Decoction combined with fumigation and sweating has a good clinical effect in the treatment of psoriasis with blood stasis syndrome.
