摘　　要：对美国草原管理体系,法律制度和具体的保护措施、管理方式等进行了介绍和分析,保护政策措施到位,权属清晰,草原监测工作精细,经营利用方式多样,达到了保护与利用的可持续发展状态。结合我国目前草原管理政策,在完善草原法律法规和保护管理方面提出了合理化建议,以期对强化我国草原保护和可持续发展有所借鉴和启示。The paper introduces and analyzes the grassland management system,legal system,specific protection measures and management methods in the United States.Due to the suitable protection policies,clear ownership,precise grassland monitoring work,and diversified management and utilization methods,the U.S.system achieves the sustainable balance between protection and utilization of the grassland.Combined with China′s current grassland management policy,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions on improving grassland laws,regulations and protection management,and hopes to provide some reference and inspiration for strengthening grassland protection and sustainable development in China.
