摘　　要：样车试制阶段项目变更点频繁,更灵活、敏捷的项目开发周期对试制阶段的变更控制提出了更高的要求。原先的线下变更方式透明度差,效率不高,导致了一定程度的资源浪费。本文介绍了一种变更管理系统,在线上实现变更全过程,提升变更的响应效率、精确度与可追溯性。该系统可以进一步推广至各类行业试制。Frequent project change points and more flexible and agile project development cycle put forward higher requirements for the change control in the trial production phase of the sample vehicle.The original offline change mode has poor transparency and low efficiency,resulting in a certain degree of resource waste.This paper introduces a change management system that realizes the whole process of change online and improves the efficiency,accuracy and traceability of change response.The system can be further extended to various industries trial production.
