摘 要:汽车发动机曲轴在加工的过程中,数控加工工艺是最基本的工艺,而切削工作又是数控加工工艺中最基础的工作,所以要想提高汽车发动机曲轴的质量,就要优化汽车发动机曲轴的数控切削技术,而想要优化汽车发动机曲轴的数控切削技术,就要优化汽车发动机曲轴的数控切削用量。所以本篇论文就主要对汽车发动机曲轴数控切削用量优化进行了研究,首先详细介绍了汽车发动机曲轴的数控加工工艺,然后介绍了汽车发动机曲轴的主要技术要求,其次介绍了汽车发动机曲轴在加工的工程中需要用到的材料以及毛坯,然后对汽车发动机曲轴的机械加工工艺进行了分析,并且给出了优化汽车发动机曲轴数控加工工艺参数的意见,最后进行了总结。In the process of machining automobile engine crankshafts,numerical control machining process is the most basic process and cutting is the most basic work in numerical control machining process.Therefore,to improve the quality of automobile engine crankshafts,it is necessary to optimize the numerical control cutting technology of automobile engine crankshafts,and to optimize the numerical control cutting technology of automobile engine crankshafts,it is necessary to optimize the numerical control cutting parameters of automobile engine crankshafts.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the optimization of the numerical control cutting parameters of automobile engine crankshafts.Firstly,the numerical control processing technology of automobile engine crankshafts is introduced in detail.Secondly,the main technical requirements of automobile engine crankshafts are introduced.Thirdly,the materials and blanks needed in the processing engineering of automobile engine crankshafts are introduced.Then,the mechanical processing technology of automobile engine crankshafts is analyzed.Finally,the opinions on optimizing the numerical control processing parameters of automobile engine crankshafts are given.Finally,a summary is made.
