活塞环槽外口毛刺的控制研究

摘　　要：三角锉和砂纸结合使用是去除环槽外口毛刺既经济又简单有效的控制方法,通过对最佳控制节点的有效选取,将毛刺的控制集中在一道工序上进行,使控制环节简化。通过控制方案设计和试验方案设计,验证了三角锉和砂纸结合使用对槽侧外口毛刺控制的有效性。The combined use of triangular file and sandpaper is an economical and simple and effective control method to remove the burr on the outer mouth of the ring groove.Through the effective selection of the best control node,the control of burr is concentrated on one process to simplify the control link.Through the control plan design and the test plan design,the effectiveness of the combined use of triangular file and sandpaper to control the burr on the outer side of the groove is verified.
