摘　　要：汽车变速箱输出轴是变速箱与传动轴联动的重要构件,输出轴发生断裂,传动轴将很难受到驱动作用、传动比调整作用,导致汽车运行出现故障,有必要重视汽车变速箱输出轴断裂失效分析,认为可以在理化检验的基础上,对输出轴失效问题进行综合探讨,随之,为有效避免变速箱输出轴断裂,归纳改进措施。The output shaft of the automobile gearbox is an important component of the linkage between the gearbox and the transmission shaft.If the output shaft breaks,the transmission shaft will be difficult to be driven by the drive and the adjustment of the transmission ratio would result in the failure of the vehicle operation.So it is necessary to pay attention to the output of the automobile gearbox.The paper,based on the physical and chemical testing,believes that the failure analysis of shaft fracture and the comprehensive discussionof the failure of the output shaft can effectively avoid the fracture of the output shaft of the gearbox,and summarizes the improvement measures.
