摘　　要：汽车局部功能失效是汽车使用过程中经常遇到的问题,如何快速准确的判断故障点以及故障原因关系到客户的维修体验。本文以一汽-大众迈腾 2018款380TSI +DSG尊贵型车型右侧车门功能失效为例,利用现代维修工具设备,对故障进行分析检测,利用系统化故障诊断逻辑结合测量数据判断出故障点,并分析故障原因。Automobile partial function failure is a problem often encountered in the use of the car.How to quickly and accurately determine the fault point and the cause of the fault is related to the customer’s maintenance experience.This article takes FAW-Volkswagen Magotan’s 2018 380TSI +DSG distinguished model right door function failure as an example,using modern repair tool equipment to analyze and detect the fault,using systematic fault diagnosis logic combined with measurement data to determine the fault point and analyze cause of issue.
