摘  要:在本研究中针对奥迪缸内直喷燃油系统的具体工作原理进行分析,阐述了缸内直喷系统的结构设计,包括燃油泵的控制单元,电动燃油泵,带燃油压力调节阀,高压燃油泵,低压燃油压力传感器,高压燃油压力传感器,高压喷射阀,限压阀等相关结构设计,并阐述了缸内直喷燃油系统的检修工作,包括针对低压系统燃油泵检修和缸内直喷高压系统的相关检修,以具体的故障案例进行探究以提出维修注意事项。In this study,the specific working principle of the in-cylinder direct injection fuel system is analyzed,and the structural design of the in-cylinder direct injection fuel system is described,including the control unit of the fuel pump,the electric fuel pump,the fuel pressure regulating valve,high pressure fuel pump,low-pressure fuel pressure sensor,high-pressure fuel pressure sensor,high-pressure injection valve,pressure-limiting valve and other related structural designs.The article also describes the maintenance work of the in-cylinder direct injection fuel system,including the maintenance of the low-pressure system fuel pump and the in-cylinder direct injection high-pressure system,and the relevant overhauls are explored with specific failure cases so as to propose maintenance precautions.
