摘  要:采用挤出成型法制备加氢催化剂载体,研究载体制备过程中捏合工艺、水粉比及不同挤出设备对载体孔结构的影响。结果表明,缩短捏合时间有利于载体孔结构向较大孔区域集中;提高水粉比有利于提高载体的总孔容;与螺杆挤条机相比,柱塞式挤条机生产的载体总孔容较大,且孔径更趋向(6~10) nm集中。采用优化的工艺条件,制备的载体满足产品质量要求,催化剂活性相对较高。To study the influence of molding process,water/powder ratio and different extruding machines on the supporters’ pole structure,hydrotreating catalyst supporters were produced using extrusion molding method. The results indicated that shortening the kneading time facilitated the concentration of carrier’pore structure towards larger pore diameter. The total pore volume was increased by increasing the water/powder ratio. Compared with screw extruder,plunger type extruder produced supporters with larger total pore volume,whose pore diameter aggregated more in the range of (6-10) nm. By adopting the optimized process parameters,the supporters produced met the quality control requirements. The hydrodesulfurization activities of catalysts with plunger type extruder were higher than that of screw extruder.
