摘 要:为量化评估混凝土空心板桥铰缝性能,采用Midas软件建立19.6 m跨径的空心板桥有限元模型,对跨中部位不同损伤程度的铰缝进行数值模拟,得到相应工况下板梁的横向分布影响线,提出基于铰缝协同工作系数的铰缝性能判别方法,可将铰缝状态划分为完好、轻微损伤、中等损伤、严重损伤、完全失效等5个等级.同时建立了铰缝协同工作系数与损伤度、错台、开合及挠度比等指标的数学模型,应用于实际桥梁的铰缝性能评估.In order to estimate the serviceability of hinge joints of hollow concrete slab bridge quantitatively,a 19.6 m span hollow Pangyo finite element model is established by Midas software,and the hinge joints with different damage degree in the middle part of the bridge are simulated numerically,the influence line of the transverse distribution of the plate beam under the corresponding working conditions is obtained,and a method for judging the performance of the hinge joint based on the coefficient of the cooperative working of the hinge joint is proposed.The joint state can be divided into 5 grades:good,slight damage,medium damage,serious damage and complete failure.At the same time,the mathematical model of joint cooperative working coefficient and damage degree,offset,opening-closing and deflection ratio is established.It can be used to evaluate the performance of hinge joints in real bridge detection.
