摘  要:为准确预测某型中置轴轿运半挂车车架的疲劳寿命,选用等效弧形薄板,结合吊板形式模拟实车的钢板弹簧,构建半挂车架有限元模型.首先,通过有限元数值模拟,准确计算满载弯曲工况下半挂车架的等效应力分布,并结合实车测试数据,确定半挂车架的疲劳损伤热点;其次,测取试验场路段的应变波形,利用第四强度理论计算损伤热点的主应力,经雨流循环生成车架随机应力谱;最后,结合疲劳缺口系数修正集中应力,准确计算半挂车车架疲劳寿命.结果表明:该型半挂车架损伤热点处的循环寿命为5008 h,满足3.0×10^5 km的行驶要求.To predict fatigue life of a semi-trailer frame,this paper constructs the finite element model of semi-trailer frame with equivalent arc thin plate and combined with hanger plate to simulate the leaf spring.Fristly,through finite element analysis,the structural stress distribution under full load and bending condition is calculated.Then combined with test data,the fatigue damage heat points are determined.Secondly,the strain load of the frame in the test site is measured.The Fourth Strength Theory is used to calculated A6 point von-Mises stress,and the load spectrum is compiled by rain flow count method.Finally,using fatigue notch coefficient to revised the stress concentration,the completed fatigue life prediction of the semi-trailer frame is calculate accurately.The results show that estimation life of the fatigue damage heat points on this frame is 5008 hours which satisfies the driving requirements of 300000 kilometres.
