摘  要:为研究具有特殊结构形式的弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承的动态特性,针对该轴承组件间非线性接触的特点,在ABAQUS/Explicit中建立40%,50%及65%填充度的弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承的动力学有限元模型,基于显式动力学理论对其进行动力学仿真分析,对比分析了在特定工况下实心圆柱滚子轴承和不同填充度的弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承组件的动态等效应力变化特点及振动特性,并通过振动位移试验验证了仿真结果的可靠性。结果表明:弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承具有降低组件动态等效应力的特征;40%和50%填充度的弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承较实心圆柱滚子轴承的振幅小。分析结果可为弹性复合圆柱滚子轴承的工程应用提供理论参考。The dynamic characteristics of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearings with special structural forms are investigated.A finite element model for the elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing with 40%,50%and 65%filling degree is established in the ABAQUS/Explicit according to the nonlinear contact characteristics between the bearing components.Then,the dynamics simulation analysis is carried out based on the theory of the explicit dynamics.The dynamic equivalent stress variation characteristics and vibration characteristics of the solid cylindrical roller bearing and the elastic cylindrical roller bearing components with different filling degrees under certain working condition are compared and analyzed.The reliability of the simulation results is verified by vibration displacement test.Results show that the elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing can reduce dynamic equivalent stress of bearing components,and the elastic composite cylindrical roller bearing with 40%and 50%filling degree has smaller amplitude than the solid cylindrical roller bearing.The analysis results can provide a theoretical reference for the engineering application of elastic composite cylindrical roller bearings.
