摘　　要：螺杆钻具是广泛应用于石油地质行业的一种钻井工具,其使用性能与使用寿命主要取决于马达的性能与寿命,而马达的性能和使用寿命主要取决于定子橡胶。因而设计出一套定子橡胶实验方案,可模拟井下工况,对橡胶进行疲劳实验,以验证橡胶的实际使用效果和使用寿命,提高新产品的使用安全性。Downhole Motor is a kind of drilling tools widely used in petroleum geological industry.Its performance and lifetime mainly depends on the performance and lifetime of power section,and the performance and lifetime of the power section mainly depends on the stator rubber.This design gives a set of stator rubber Test Bench,which can simulate downhole motor working conditions and conduct fatigue experiments on rubber to verify the actual use effect and lifetime of rubber,greatly shorten the research period of new rubber and improve the safety of new products.
