内河船舶防止生活污水污染装置的研究与探讨

摘　　要：针对船舶航行营运中生活污水污染环境的常见现象,采用《内河船舶法定检验技术规则》和《钢质内河船舶建造规范》,分析了内河船舶生活污水设备和管路设计安装的不合理和难点问题,并对技术法规修订提出积极建议并得以采纳,促成了《内河船舶法定检验技术规则》(2019)之防止船舶生活污水污染篇的顺利修订发布。从技术层面极大提高了内河船舶防止生活污水对环境污染的水平。In view of the navigation of ships operating in the common phenomenon of environmental pollution by sewage,combined with the"legal inspection rules for inland river ships in"and"specification for the steel construction of inland river ships,analyzes the inland ship sewage equipment and pipeline design and installation of unreasonable and difficult problems,and puts forward positive Suggestions for revision technical regulations and be able to adopt,contributed to the statutory inspection technology inland river ships rules(2019)in the prevention of sewage pollution of revised release smoothly.From the technical level,it greatly improves the level of preventing domestic sewage pollution to the environment by inland river vessels.
