摘 要:对潭岭水库的检修钢闸门从外观检查、锈蚀量检测、无损探伤等方面进行鉴定及分析。结果表明,闸门外观整体较好,门体无明显损伤变形,门体主要构件上存在分散的老锈坑。两扇闸门锈蚀量频数分布规律和锈蚀状况基本相似,整体为轻微锈蚀,局部较重锈蚀。闸门多处存在未焊透缺陷,但均未超过规范规定的要求。The inspection and analysis of the steel gate of Tanling reservoir is carried out from the aspects of appearance inspection,corrosion detection and non-destructive testing.The results show that the overall appearance of the gate is good,the gate body has no obvious damage and deformation,and there are scattered old rust pits on the main components of the gate body.The results show that the frequency distribution of the two gates is basically similar to the corrosion condition,with slight corrosion on the whole and heavy corrosion on the part.The defects of incomplete penetration exist in many parts of the gate,but they do not exceed the requirements of the specification.
