装载机行车制动夹钳失效原因及对策

摘　　要：通过对装载机钳盘式行车制动器失效的主要原因分析,找出降低夹钳失效的对策和成效。研究结果表明:改善加力器油杯的防尘、防水能力,提升钳体、密封橡胶件、活塞的符合性;提升排气、添加制动液、更换摩擦片、清洁夹钳等维护、保养能力是降低夹钳失效的关键对策。We have analyzed the main reasons of disc service brake failure on wheel loader,and obtained the countermeasures which can reduce the clamp failure.The research shows that the key measures to reduce the clamp failure are improving the dust-proof and water-proof ability of the oil cup on assostor,improving the clamp body compliance,sealing rubber parts and piston,improving the maintenance ability of exhaust,adding brake fluid,replacing friction plate,cleaning the clamp,etc.
