摘 要:牌楼长江大桥主桥为主跨730m的双塔混合梁斜拉桥,主跨钢箱梁采用桥面吊机吊装。针对钢箱梁传统吊装技术因匹配高差产生的附加剪切应力问题,提出"梁重转移"吊装技术,在待拼装节段吊装到位后,先临时锁定节段间翼缘板和斜腹板,然后提前张拉待拼装节段的斜拉索至桥面吊机松钩,再临时锁定节段间顶、底板,调整2次临时锁定区域的压力状态,最后施焊,第2次张拉待拼装节段的斜拉索,达到减小匹配高差和附加剪切应力的目的。采用ANSYS软件建立钢箱梁节段模型,在钢箱梁吊装过程中监测钢箱梁的竖向变形和竖向应变,对比2种吊装技术下匹配高差和附加剪切应力可知该技术能大幅减小匹配高差和附加剪切应力。该技术已成功应用于该桥钢箱梁吊装施工。The main bridge of Pailou Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a two-pylon hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 730 m.The steel box girder segments in the main span are erected by using deck crane.When the steel box girder segments are erected using the traditional hoisting and erecting method,the act of adjusting height differences between girder segments often induce additional shear stresses in the structure.To deal with this problem,the "girder weight transfer" method is proposed.After a new girder segment is hoisted and erected into position,the flange plates and inclined webs of the new and its adjacent segments are temporarily locked.Then,the stay cables in the new segment are tensioned till the hooks of the deck crane are relieved,the top and bottom plates of the new and its adjacent segment are temporarily locked,and the compressive condition in the area with two temporary fixations is adjusted.Finally,the adjacent segments are welded,and the stay cables in the new segment are tensioned for the second time,to realize the goal of reducing height differences between girder segments as well as the additional shear stresses.The software ANSYS was used to build the segmental model of steel box girder,to monitor the vertical deformation and strain of girder segments.The height differences and additional shear stresses in girder segments by both the traditional and proposed erection techniques were compared.The results demonstrate the proposed technique is able to significantly reduce height differences between girder segments and surpress the additional shear stress.The proposed technique has already been successfully used to the erection of steel box girder of Pailou Changjiang River Highway Bridge.
