摘 要:针对跨海大桥钢结构防腐涂层性能评价周期长的问题,提出基于差示扫描量热法(DSC)、热重法(TGA)和红外光谱分析(FTIR)的快速测试技术,3种技术可分别使用也可组合使用,实现各批次环氧粉末一致性的快速判定。采用这3种技术分别对5种环氧粉末产品随机抽取5个批次样品进行对比测试,得到产品的反应放热量、玻璃化温度、分解模式、填料含量及红外光谱等数据并分析。结果表明:针对环氧粉末各批次质量一致性判定,采用DSC分析时,应满足环氧粉末放热量变化不超过±5J/g且玻璃化温度变化不超过±5℃;采用TGA测试时,应满足树脂分解模式相同且填料含量变化不超过5%;采用FTIR测试时,特征峰的位置和峰强应与基础图谱相符合。舟山港主通道工程采用推荐的DSC和FTIR测试技术,已完成11批次环氧粉末原材料质量的快速判定,为防腐涂层质量提供了保证。To resolve the issue of long evaluation period for performance of corrosion resistant coatings on steel structures of sea-crossing bridges,a rapid testing technique that is based on the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),thermal gravity analysis(TGA)and infrared spectra analysis(FTIR)is proposed,in which the three technologies can either be used independently or in combination,to realize the rapid detection of the uniformity of epoxy powder from different batches.The three technologies were independently used to carry out comparative testing of samples randomly drawn from 5 batches of five different epoxy powder products,and the acquired data related to heat released in the exothermal reactions,glass transition temperature,decomposition pattern,filler content and infrared spectra of the products were analyzed.The results of the testing show that based on the quality uniformity detection of the epoxy powder from different batches,the variation of heat released from the epoxy powder should not exceed±5 J/g,and the variation of glass transition temperature should not surpass±5℃,when the DSC technology was used for analysis.When the TGA technology was used for testing,the decomposition pattern of the epoxy powder from different batches should be the same and the variation of filler content should be less than 5%.When the FTIR technology was used for testing,the locations of characteristic peaks and the peak intensity should be in compliance with the basic spectral graph.The DSC and FTIR technologies are recommended for the Zhoushan Port main navigation channel project,and the quality of raw epoxy powder material from 11 batches has been detected efficiently,reassuring the quality of the corrosion resistant coatings.
