摘　　要：本文从经济社会转型的视角,探讨改革开放以来中国农村土地产权从家庭联产承包责任制到“三权分置”变迁背后的原因。研究发现,以工业化、城市化和市场化为主要内容的经济社会转型,是推动农村土地产权制度变迁的重要驱动力。随着经济社会转型的深入,将引致农村土地产权制度朝着有利于明确和保护土地流转权、实现土地顺畅流转的方向演变,最终建立起能够适应经济社会转型要求的“三权分置”产权结构。基于1980—2017年中国省级面板数据,本文运用反历史事实计量法构建土地产权变迁指标。实证结果表明,经济社会转型对中国农村土地产权从家庭联产承包责任制到“三权分置”变迁具有显著的推动作用,这一结论在进行多项稳健性检验和处理内生性问题后依然成立。本文的研究有助于从经济社会转型的角度为进一步深化我国农村土地产权制度改革提供理论依据和政策参考。Based on the perspective of economic and social transition,this paper discusses the reasons behind the changes of rural land property rights in China since the reform and opening up from the household contract responsibility system to the“three-rights separation”.It is found that the economic and social transition including industrialization,urbanization and marketization,is an important driving force to promote the change of rural land property right system.With the deepening of the economic and social transition,it will lead to the evolution of the rural land property right system which may clarify and protect the land circulation right and promote land transfer,and finally establish the“three-rights separation”property right structure.Based on provincial panel data from 1980 to 2017,using the counter historical fact measurement method to construct the index of land property right change,our empirical results find that economic and social transition has a significant role in promoting the change of rural land property rights in China.This result holds after a series robust test and instrumental variables test.This study provides theoretical basis and policy reference for further deepening the reform of rural land property rights system in China.
