摘 要:为适应家用空气净化产品用户需求的变化,采用个性化定制策略来满足用户的关键需求。通过SET分析方法发现目标产品机会缺口,归纳得到交互方式、造型结构、净化方式和拓展体验4部分,并运用层次分析法筛选出用户关键需求,确立定制方向为净化方案定制、滤网模块定制及虚拟服务相关定制,从而建立定制平台的服务流程。在此基础上进行了空气净化产品的造型及App界面设计。SET分析方法与层次分析法模型结合,可为相关产品的系统设计与开发提供参考,也为产品定制化应用拓展了思路。In order to adapt to the changing user requirements of household air purification products,personalized customization was adopted to solve user key requirements.SET analysis method was used to find opportunity gap of target product,summarize and obtain four parts,including interaction mode,modeling structure,purification mode and expanding experience.AHP model was used to screen user key requirements,so as to establish customization directions as purification scheme customization,filter module customization and virtual service customization.Therefore,a service process of customization platformwas established.On the basis of above analysis,product modeling and App interface design of air purification product were performed.The combination of SET analysis method and AHPcould provide references for systemdesign and development of relative product,and also expand ways of customized application.
