近交合作猪血液生理生化指标的测定及分析

摘　　要：动物机体健康状态及免疫功能与其血液生理生化指标紧密相关,同时该指标也可反映不同物种的独特生物学特性。近交系动物具有遗传稳定、个体差异小的特点而被广泛应用于科学研究中。为了探究近交合作猪血液生理和生化的特性,采用兽用全自动血液细胞分析仪和全自动生化分析仪,对58头近交合作猪和34头原产地合作猪血液中12项生理指标和16项生化指标进行了测定。结果表明,近交合作猪相对于原产地合作猪而言,其10项生理指标和8项生化指标均存在显著差异,说明近交合作猪具有独特的生理和生化特性,这为其实验动物化培育提供了科学依据。The health status and immune function of animals are closely related to their blood physiological and biochemical parameters,which represent the biological characteristics of different species.Inbred animals were widely used in scientific research for its genetic stability and minimal individual differences.In order to explore the characteristics of blood physiology and biochemistry of the inbred Hezuo pigs,12 physiological parameters and 16 biochemical parameters of 58 inbred Hezuo pigs and 34 original Hezuo pigs were detected by veterinary automatic blood cell analyzer and fully automatic biochemical analysis machine.These data indicated that 10 physiological parameters and 8 biochemical parameters of the inbred Hezuo pigs showed significantly differences compared with original Hezuo pigs.The results suggested that the inbred Hezuo pigs possess unique physiological and biochemical features,and it provides a scientific basis for experimental animalization of the Hezuo pigs.
