摘  要:为探究氧化-抗氧化平衡紊乱在禽网状内皮组织增生病病毒(Reticuloendotheliosis virus,REV)致病机制中的作用,对感染REV后3、7、14、21、28和35 d的SPF雏鸡脾脏进行过氧化氢(H2O2)和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量、总抗氧化能力(total-antioxidante capacity,T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活力、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶1(glutathione peroxidase 1,GPx1)蛋白含量及mRNA表达、脾脏器官指数的检测。结果显示,SPF雏鸡感染REV后,脾脏H2O2、MDA含量显著或极显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),T-AOC、抗氧化酶等抗氧化指标及器官指数分别于不同时间不同程度显著或极显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),表明SPF雏鸡感染REV后,脾脏发生氧化应激,抗氧化功能和免疫功能下降,氧化-抗氧化平衡紊乱可在REV致病机制中发挥作用。In order to explore the role of oxidant-antioxidant imbalance in the pathogenic mechanism of Reticuloendotheliosis virus(REV),the contents of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),malondialdehyde(MDA),total-antioxidante capacity(T-AOC)and superoxide dismutase(SOD),the dynamic changes of the protein contents and mRNA expression of catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase 1(GPx1)of spleen were measured in 1-day-old SPF chicks infected with REV after 3,7,14,21,28,35 d,and the spleen organ index was detected at the same time.The results showed that the oxidation index of spleen increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the contents of antioxidant enzymes reduced in different periods after infection to varying degrees,and the spleen organ index significantly decreased after infection(P<0.05 or P<0.01),which indicated that after SPF chicks infected with REV,spleen had an oxidative stress,the antioxidant function and immune function decreased significantly,the oxidant-antioxidant imbalance could affect the pathogenesis of REV.
