基于数据挖掘近10年胃食管反流病的中医药组方规律研究

摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统软件(V2.5版)分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)近10年以中医药治疗胃食管反流病的组方用药规律。方法:检索CNKI 2008年1月1日至2017年12月31日在学术期刊公开发表的中医药治疗胃食管反流病的文献,对文献进行筛选并建立数据库,运用中医传承辅助平台系统软件(V2.5版)对数据库中的方剂组方规律进行挖掘分析。结果:筛选出文献211篇,方剂398首,涉及中药214味。分析出中药出现的频次,药性、药味及归经情况,药物关联规则,方剂核心药物及演化出新方8首。结论:近10年CNKI中收录的治疗胃食管反流病的方剂主要以健脾益气、醒脾化湿、清热和胃、消食开胃、理气降气、活血化瘀方法为主,多配合应用制酸药及理肺化痰药对症治疗,其组方规律为现代中医药治疗胃食管反流病提供一定的临床指导。Objective:To explain the combination rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)in China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)in recent 10 years based on the software of Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5 edition).Methods:Literature published in the academic journals on the treatment of GERD from January 1,2008 to December 31,2017 were retrieved.The literature was screened and the database was established.The prescription composition rules in the database were analyzed by using the software of Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform(V2.5 edition).Results:A total of 211 literature were screened and 398 prescriptions were extracted,involving 214 kinds of Chinese medicines.The frequencies,properties,flavors and meridians of Chinese medicines,drug association rules,core drugs of prescriptions and 8 new ones were analyzed.Conclusion:The methods of treatment for GERD mainly include invigorating the spleen and benefiting qi,enlivening the spleen and resolving dampness,clearing heat and harmonizing stomach,promoting digestion and removing food stagnation,regulating qi and directing qi downward,activating blood and resolving blood stasis.They are mostly treated with acid-reducing drugs and phlegm-regulating and despelling drugs.The prescription rules provide certain clinical guidance for the treatment of GERD with modern Chinese medicines.
