喘可治注射液联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探析喘可治注射液与布地奈德雾化吸入联合治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效,及对哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分、血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平及症状缓解时间所产生的影响。方法:选取2017年12月至2018年12月陕西榆林市第二医院收治的支气管哮喘患者94例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。对照组仅接受布地奈德雾化吸入,观察组在此基础上增加使用喘可治注射液,治疗4周后评价2组疗效,比较ACT评分、血清ECP与γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平、症状缓解时间。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后2组ACT评分均显著提高(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组ACT评分较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后2组血清ECP水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),血清IFN-γ水平较治疗前显著上升(P<0.05),且观察组血清ECP、IFN-γ水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽彻底消失时间、胸闷彻底消失时间、哮鸣音彻底消失时间、喘息彻底消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘临床治疗中采取喘可治注射液联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗方案,可提高疗效、改善ACT评分、改善血清ECP与IFN-γ水平、缩短症状缓解时间。Objective:To investigate the effects of Chuankezhi Injection combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation on asthma control test(ACT),serum eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)level and symptom relief time in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 94 patients with bronchial asthma treated in Yulin Second Hospital of Shaanxi from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation,and the observation group was treated with Chuankezhi Injection on this basis.After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of the 2 groups was evaluated,the ACT score,serum ECP and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels and symptom relief time were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,ACT scores in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and ACT score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,serum ECP level in the 2 group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and serum IFN-γlevel was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum ECP and IFN-γlevels in the study group were significantly superior to those in the control group(P<0.05);the cough disappearance time,chest tightness completely disappearance time,wheezing sound disappearance time and wheezing disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Chuankezhi Injection and Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma has a good effects in improving curative effects,ACT score,serum ECP and IFN-γlevels,shortening the remission time of symptoms etc.
