宣化降平清利汤联合盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨宣化降平清利汤联合盐酸氨溴索对慢性支气管炎患者肺功能及血清炎性反应递质的影响。方法:选取2014年4月至2016年5月北京王府中西医结合医院收治的慢性支气管炎患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采用盐酸氨溴索治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合宣化降平清利汤治疗,观察比较2组治疗效果,检测患者肺功能指标和血清炎性反应递质水平的变化。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的79.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)等血清炎性反应递质水平均显著下降,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后2组第1秒钟用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)和最大呼气峰流速占预计值百分比(PEF%)等肺功能指标水平均显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣化降平清利汤联合盐酸氨溴索能降低慢性支气管炎患者血清炎性反应递质水平,改善肺功能,效果优于单用盐酸氨溴索治疗。Objective:To investigate the effects of Xuanhua Jiangping Qingli Decoction combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on pulmonary function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods:From April 2014 to May 2016,a total of 96 patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=48)and a control group(n=48).The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride,and the experimental group was treated with Xuanhua Jiangping Qingli Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were observed and compared.The changes of lung function indexes and serum inflammatory factors levels were detected.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.17%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum inflammatory response factor levels such as FEV1,FVC and PEF%of the 2 group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuanhua Jiangping Qingli Decoction combined with Ambroxol hydrochloride can reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors and improve lung function in patients with chronic bronchitis.The effects are better than Ambroxol hydrochloride alone.
