摘　　要：建国以来我国油气勘探经历了两次全国性战略展开,其成果为石油年产量跃上1×108t、2×108t的台阶奠定了基础。目前我国油气储、产量增长都出现了新拐点,石油新增储量和产量出现缓慢波状下降,天然气也开始出现储量产量增速明显变缓。必须进行油气勘探的第三次战略展开,向新区新领域再开拓,以求油气储产量实现新的战略接替。油气勘探第三次战略展开的优先指向为:大盆地内部的深-超深层,盆地边缘的逆冲-推覆构造带,中亚陆间区南带的上古生界,西藏高原,海域的海相中生界,非常规油气中的页岩油气、致密砂岩油气和煤层气。其中,常规油气的共同点为:目的层多位于深、超深层,以前中生代古老地层为主,以海相地层为主,新增储量产量中以气为主,勘探难度增大、成本明显升高。以上诸方面都已有了程度不同的区域地质和油气地质基础性研究,有的已有探明储量或重要的油气发现。实现油气勘探第三次战略展开的目标将有相当大的难度,道路将更加曲折。Petroleum exploration of China has experienced two strategic expansions since the founding of the People′s Republic of China,which laid a solid foundation for China′s annual oil production to exceed 100 million tons and 200 million tons,respectively.Currently,new inflection point of reserve growth and production increase emerges:increased oil reserves and production decline in waves and the increase velocity of gas re-serves and production slows down obviously.Thus the third strategic expansion of oil and gas exploration is necessary to open up new plays and realize new strategic replacement of oil and gas reserves and produc-tion.The priorities of the third strategic expansion of petroleum exploration should include deep plays and ul-tra-deep plays within large basins,plays in thrust-nappe structural belts at basin margins,the Upper Paleozoic plays in the southern intercontinental belt of Central Asia,plays in Tibetan Plateau,the offshore Mesozoic plays with marine facies,as well as unconventional oil and gas plays(shale oil and gas,tight sandstone oil and gas and coalbed methane).Among them,some common points of conventional oil and gas are:deep to ultradeep exploration targets,the predominance of old pre-Mesozoic reservoirs,the predominance of reservoirs of marine facies,gas dominating reserve growth,as well as big challenges and high cost of exploration.Basic studies of regional geology and petroleum geology have been carried out to various degrees in all these ex-ploration fields,and proved reserves or important oil and gas discoveries have been obtained in some explo-ration fields.Obviously,exploration in these fields will be quite challenging and the journey will not be smooth.
