更年安胶囊治疗更年期综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察更年安胶囊治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将更年期综合征患者60例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用替勃龙片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用更年安胶囊治疗,2组均以1个月经周期为1个疗程,共行3个疗程。观察2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后性激素水平变化。结果:总有效率观察组为96.67%,对照组为73.33%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清雌二醇(E2)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且观察组E2、FSH、LH水平改善较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:更年安胶囊治疗更年期综合征临床疗效肯定,可有效改善患者临床征状及性激素水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Gengnian'an capsules for climacteric syndrome.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with climacteric syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tibolone tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Gengnian'an capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for three courses,one menstrual cycle being a course.The clinical effect and the changes of levels of sex hormones before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 96.67%in the observation group and 73.33%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2 in serum in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of FSH and LH were decreased(P<0.05);the improvement of the above three levels in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gengnian'an capsules for climacteric syndrome has definite clinical effect and can effectively improve clinical symptoms and levels of sex hormones.
