少腹逐瘀颗粒联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察少腹逐瘀颗粒联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法:将异位妊娠患者150例随机分为3组,每组50例。治疗组给予少腹逐瘀颗粒联合甲氨蝶呤进行治疗,对照1组给予少腹逐瘀颗粒联合活血化瘀汤治疗,对照2组单纯给予甲氨蝶呤进行治疗;观察比较各组临床疗效,治疗后患者血β人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)值、包块面积变化情况,治疗后患者血β-HCG转阴时间及平均住院时间。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%,对照1组为82.0%,对照2组为82.0%,治疗组与对照1组、对照2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照1组与对照2组疗效相当(P>0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者血清β-HCG降低≥15%比率、包块面积缩小≥30%比率明显高于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05);β-HCG转阴时间、平均住院时间明显短于对照1组、对照2组(P<0.05);对照1组、对照2组上述各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应总发生率治疗组为20.0%,对照1组为12.0%,对照2组为36.0%,治疗组、对照1组与对照组2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照1组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:少腹逐瘀颗粒配合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠疗效显著,有一定的增效减毒作用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu granules combined with methotrexate for ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 150 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into three groups,50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu granules combined with methotrexate;the Control Group One was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu granules combined with Huoxue Huayu tang;the Control Group Two was simply treated with methotrexate.The clinical effect and the changes in serumβ-HCG values and mass area,the clearance time of serumβ-HCG and the average length of hospital stay after treatment in each group were observed and compared.Results:The total effective rate was 94.0%in the treatment group,and 82.0%in the Control Group One and the Control Group Two respectively;compared the one in the treatment group with those in the other two groups,there being significance in the difference(P<0.05);the curative effect in the Control Group One was comparable to that in the Control Group Two(P>0.05).After treatment,the ratios of serumβ-HCG which increases greater than or equal to 15%and of mass area which reduces greater than or equal to 30%in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05);the clearance time of serumβ-HCG and the average length of hospital stay were significantly shorter(P<0.05);there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the above indexes between the Control Group One and the Control Group Two(P>0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions was 20.0%in the treatment group,12.0%in the Control Group One and 36.0%in the Control Group Two,differences being significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the comparison between the treatment group and the Control Group One(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shaofu Zhuyu granules combined with methotrexate has significant curative effect in treating ectopic pregnancy,which can enhance the effect and reduce the toxicity to an extent.
