三黄软膏加青鹏软膏外敷联合护理治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床研究  

Clinical Study on External Application of Sanhuang Ointment and Qingpeng Ointment Combined with Nursing for Acute Gouty Arthritis

摘　　要：目的:观察三黄软膏加青鹏软膏外敷联合护理治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法:选择本院收治的87例急性痛风性关节炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组45例与对照组42例。对照组给予青鹏软膏外敷治疗,观察组给予三黄软膏联合青鹏软膏外敷治疗,2组均配合相应的护理干预。2组均以14 d为1个疗程,连续治疗1个疗程。疗程结束后评定2组的临床疗效。治疗前后评价2组患者的临床症状、体征积分,检测血尿酸(BUA)、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率为91.11%,对照组总有效率为69.05%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组临床症状、体征总积分与治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),观察组临床症状、体征总积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组BUA、CRP、IL-6水平与治疗前比较均降低(P<0.05),观察组3项指标值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对急性痛风性关节炎患者给予三黄软膏加青鹏软膏治疗并配合相应护理措施,可提高临床治疗效果,有效改善临床症状,降低患者的BUA含量,减轻炎症反应,在临床治疗中具有重要价值。Objective:To observe the curative effect of external application of Sanhuang ointment and Qingpeng ointment combined with nursing for acute gouty arthritis.Methods:A total of 87 cases of patients with acute gouty arthritis in our hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,45 and 42 cases in each group respectively.The control group was given the external application of Qingpeng ointment,and the observation group was additionally given the external application of Sanhuang ointment.Both groups were additionally given corresponding nursing intervention,and were treated for one course,with 14 days as a course.After treatment,the clinical effect in the two groups was evaluated.Before and after treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms and signs were evaluated,and blood uric acid(BUA),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum were detected.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 91.11%in the observation group and 69.05%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The total scores of clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of BUA,CRP and IL-6 in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above three indexes in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of external application of Sanhuang ointment and Qingpeng ointment combined with corresponding nursing measures for patients with acute gouty arthritis can improve the clinical effect and clinical symptoms,reduce the contents of blood uric acid in patients and relieve the inflammatory responses,which has important value in the clinical treatment.
