六一散对截瘫患者压力性损伤的预防应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察六一散对截瘫患者预防压力性损伤的效果。方法:将截瘫患者60例分为对照组和观察组各30例。2组均按常规方法进行护理,对照组在局部受压部位涂抹赛肤润,观察组在受压皮肤拍撒六一散。比较2组患者配合程度情况,比较2组1期、2期压力性损伤发生率。结果:与对照组比较,观察组总体配合程度更优(P<0.05)。观察组护理后1期、2期压力性损伤总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利用六一散治疗配合护理截瘫患者,可有效减少1期、2期压力性损伤发生率,更好的减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the effect of Liuyi powder on the prevention of stress injury in patients with paraplegia.Methods:A total of 60 patients with paraplegia were divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The two groups received nursing care according to the conventional methods.The control group applied Saifurun cream on the locally compressed parts,and the observation group applied Liuyi powder on the compressed skin.The cooperation degree of patients in the two groups was compared,and the incidence of stress injury at Stage 1 and Stage 2 in the two groups were compared.Results:When compared with that in the control group,the overall coordination in the observation group was better(P<0.05).The total incidence of stress injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after nursing at Stage 1 and Stage 2(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Liuyi powder based on nursing for patients with paraplegia can effectively reduce the incidence of stress injury at Stage 1 and Stage 2,which can better alleviate the pain of patients and improve the quality of life.
