摘　　要：在PLC控制系统中,可以非常准确的扫描到几十毫秒、甚至十几毫秒的信号变化,但与之连接的上位监控画面对于瞬时变化的信号是无法截取到的。本文通过在PLC系统中编制捕捉程序,能够保证信号的瞬时变化让上位监控软件及时截取到,从而迅速的找到引起设备状态变化的根本原因。In PLC control system,it can scan the signal change of tens of milliseconds,even tens of milliseconds,but the upper monitoring screen connected with it can’t intercept the instantaneous change signal.In this paper,by programming capture program in PLC system,it can ensure that the instantaneous change of signal can be intercepted by upper monitoring software in time so as to quickly find the root cause of the change of equipment status.
