摘　　要：本文从酒钢集团目前物流管理中的铁路运输存在问题入手,对铁路运输资源配置中存在的外部因素影响和内部管理不足进行了原因分析,通过借助铁路运输外部环境的改善、加强内部管理等手段,优化铁路运输指标,达到降低企业物流成本的目标。This paper starts with the problems of railway transportation in the current logistics management of JISCO,and analyzes the reasons for the impact of external factors and insufficient internal management in the allocation of railway transportation resources.By means of improving the external environment of railway transportation and strengthening internal management etc.to optimize railway transportation indicators,which achieves the goal of reducing enterprise logistics costs.
