摘 要:本文通过将焦化二化产冷鼓1#、2#鼓风机轴振动、轴位移测量仪表更型为美国派利斯T531、T532系列轴振动、轴位移测量仪表,并对轴振动、轴位移测量仪表安装调试、抗干扰能力优化。提高了鼓风机轴振动、轴位移测量的准确性和稳定性、提高了测量系统抗干扰能力。实现了冷鼓1#、2#鼓风机轴振动、轴位移测量仪表更型、优化的目的,为鼓风机的安全、可靠运行提供了有力保障。By changing the measuring instruments of shaft vibration and shaft displacement of the cooling drum 1#,2#blower in coking plant to Paris T531,T532 series of measuring instruments,and the shaft vibration,shaft displacement measuring instrument installation debugging,anti-interference ability optimization,the accuracy and stability of shaft vibration and shaft displacement measurement are improved,and the anti-interference ability of measuring system is improved.The purpose of improving and optimizing the shaft vibration and shaft displacement measuring instrument of cooling drum 1#and 2#blower is achieved,which provides a strong guarantee for safe and reliable operation of blower.
