摘　　要：本文探讨了铝电解500kA电解铝大功率整流机组稳流控制PLC在大磁场的工业环境中运行过程中存在的PLC通讯中断、数据丢失、机组短暂性失控问题,对问题进行浅析并提出优化改进措施。This paper discusses the problems of PLC communication interruption,data loss and unit transient out of control in the operation process of 500kA high-power rectifying unit of aluminum electrolysis in the industrial environment of large magnetic field,analyzes the problems and puts forward optimization and improvement measures.
