桑基鱼塘的土地利用经济生态效益分析及管控策略——以广东顺德区杏坛镇为例

摘　　要：桑基鱼塘作为珠三角独特的人工生态系统,不仅具有人工养鱼和发展基面农业的经济效益,还具有调节气候和繁殖水生物等生态效益。本研究以广东省佛山市顺德区杏坛镇为研究区域,以人工堆叠工作为研究对象,在收集1992—2017年杏坛镇有关社会经济数据以及解译高分辨遥感影像的基础上,对基塘的经济生态效益进行分析,探究土地利用遗产利用方式变化的影响因素。结果表明,在经济效益方面,顺德区土地投入产出比有所下降,塘基大量荒废,农地面积减少,蔬菜产量逐年下降,塘基经济效益下降。在生态效益方面,基塘水体生态功能正在逐步减弱,水体污染程度较高。本研究认为科学、可行的基塘土地利用遗产管控策略,有助于充分发挥基塘系统经济生态效益,提高当地居民收入水平,推动珠三角地区的经济生态和谐发展。As a special artificial ecosystem in the Pearl River Delta,dike-pond not only has the economic benefits of using ponds for fish farming and banks for planting,but also ecological benefits like regulating climate and breeding aquatic organisms.This study,taking stacked soil as the research object,Xingtan County,Shunde District as the research area,based on the socio-economic data from 1992 to 2017 of Xingtan County and the interpretation of high-resolution remote sensing images,analyzes the economic and ecological benefits of the foundation banks and explores the influencing factors of the changes in the utilization patterns of land-use legacy.The results show that in terms of economic benefits,the input-output ratio of land has decreased,the pond foundation is largely abandoned,the agricultural land area has decreased,the vegetable yield has decreased year by year,and the economic benefits of pond foundation have decreased.In terms of ecological benefits,the ecological function of water is gradually weakening,and the water pollution degree is relatively high.This study believes that a scientific and feasible management and control strategy of land-use legacy will help to give full play to the economic and ecological benefits of the pond system,improve the income level of local residents,and promote the harmonious development of economy and ecology in the Pearl River Delta area.
