摘　　要：明代新安医家汪机,对治疗外科诸病具有丰富的临床经验,在其《医学原理》《外科理例》等著作中对治疗痈疡的记载也颇多。笔者通过归纳汪机治疗痈疡的经验,总结其认识痈疡病因病机、辨证论治及用药等相关经验。Absrtact:WANG Ji,the doctor of Xin’an in Ming Dynasty,had rich clinical experience in the treatment of various surgical diseases.There are also many records on the treatment of carbuncles and ulcers in his works of Yixue Yuanli and Waike Lili.This article summarizes WANG Ji’s experience in the treatment of carbuncle and ulcer of surgical diseases,and summarizes his experience in the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,treatment and medication of carbuncle and ulcer.
