摘　　要：旴江名医谢强传承旴江医学喉科流派诊治艺人声病经验,临床擅治声病,在治疗声疲疑难症方面颇有心得,多从肺、脾、肾入手。他认为声病多因肺气阴方虚,但久病亦见肺脾气虚或肺肾气衰,临床应精准辨证,衡量病程,才能洞中肯綮,取得佳效。XIE Qiang,a famous doctor in Xujiang,inherits the experience of treating vocal diseases of artists in the school of laryngology in Xujiang.He is good at treating acoustic diseases in clinic,and has a lot of experience in the treatment of acoustic fatigue,starting from the lungs,spleen and kidneys.He believes that Acoustic diseases are mostly due to qi yin deficiency of lung,but long-term diseases also show deficiency of lung-spleen qi or decrease of lung and kidney qi.Clinical diagnosis should be accurate and dialectical,and the course of disease should be measured in order to improve the clinical efficacy,have a multiplier effect.
