谢强应用“上补下泻”针法治疗白涩症虚热型经验

摘　　要：“上补下泻”针法为旴江明代李梴倡导,属“异穴补泻”针法,该法颇宜于治疗人体上部五官清窍疾病,当代旴江医家谢强教授传承此法治疗白涩症虚热型疗效颇佳。临床以上病下取、穴分主应为治疗原则,该法取四肢部腧穴为主穴,以五官局部腧穴为应穴。采取先针下部健侧腧穴,然后针上部患侧腧穴;针尖下部腧穴时针尖朝上,使针感反应向上强刺激;针刺上部腧穴时弱刺激,以应答主穴,使经气上下呼应。此法简便易行,疗效显著,为五官科特色适宜技术。The acupuncture method of"reinforcing the points of upper and purging the lower"which advocated by Li Yan in Ming Dynasty of Xujiang,belongs to the acupuncture method of"reinforcing and purging the special points".The method is quite indicated for the treatment of the diseases of the upper part especially the five senses organs of the human body.Professor Xie Qiang,a Contemporary physicians of Xujiang,achieved good effects by inheriting this method to treat the syndrome of dry eyes of deficiency heat type.The treatment principle of this method is to take the points of the limbs as the main points,while the local points of the five senses as the corresponding one.The method puncture the lower healthy side points first,and then the upper affected side one.Needles point upward when puncture the lower points,so as to stimulate the needle sense response upward strongly.On the contrary,a weak stimulation is applied to respond the main points and make the meridians respond up and down while the upper points are punctured.This method is a characteristic technology for the department of Ophthalmology and Otorhinolaryngology which has significant effect and convenient in operation.
