三焦焦膜理论在巧克力囊肿介入术后的临床运用

摘　　要：姚梅龄依据其父亲姚荷生对焦膜的论述,继承衣钵,通过自己多年的临床实践及观察,根据子宫内膜异位症的病位及发病特点,认为该病的主要病所在焦膜,各种临床表现多为厥阴的风动及寒热错杂、气血阴阳的相争所致,不能一味的活血化瘀,当以宣通疏利三焦为主。笔者根据跟师习医之心得及临床实践、科研工作所得对其进行初步探讨,结果证实经阴道超声介入硬化术后联合中医焦膜理论治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿能降低血清CA125的水平和复发率,显著提高患者的治愈率和受孕率。Professor YAO Mei-ling inherited the mantle according to his father,Mr.YAO He-sheng,and through many years of clinical practice and observation,and according to the disease location and pathogenesis characteristics of endometriosis,believed that most of the major diseases of the disease of Endometriosis were located in the Jiaomo,and various clinical manifestations were mostly caused by Jueyin wind,mixed cold and heat,and the conflict between Qi and blood,yin and yang.In clinical practice,it should not blindly promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,while should promote circulation and dredge the Sanjiaoas the main method.The author has made a preliminary discussion on the ovarian chocolate cyst based on Professor YAO Mei-ling’s experience,clinical practice and scientific research work.The scientific research results have proved that the treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst by transvaginal ultrasound interventional sclerotherapy combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Jiaomo theory can reduce the level and recurrence rate of serum CA125,and significantly improve the cure rate and pregnancy rate of patients.
