摘　　要：目的:探讨眼用透明质酸钠联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼的临床有效性及安全性。方法:收集性分析我院2016年3月—2018年2月收治的42例50眼青光眼患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组(眼用透明质酸钠联合小梁切除术)与对照组(单纯性小梁切除治疗),每组各25眼。对两组患者术后的眼压、滤泡、前房、术后并发症进行观察,将检查结果及疗效采用SPSS18.0统计学软件分析两组治疗前后数据。结果:以术后3个月为观察点,对两组患者术后3个月后的总有效率、眼压、前房、滤泡、并发症进行比较,统计学上均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用透明质酸钠联合小梁切除术进行治疗青光眼具有临床疗效显著、安全性高的优势,可值得作为优选治疗方案之一。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of sodium hyaluronate combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of glaucoma.Methods:Collected analysis of the clinical data of 42 patients with 50 glaucoma admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018,and was randomly divided into observation groups(sodium hyaluronic acid combined with girder excision)and control groups(simple girder excision treatment),each with 25 eyes.For the two groups of patients after surgery eye pressure,follicle,front room,postoperative complications were observed,the results and efficacy of the examination using SPSS18.0 statistical software to analyze the two groups of pre-treatment data.Results:The total effective rate,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber,follicle and complications of the two groups were compared 3 months after the operation(P<0.05),which were statistically significant differences.Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate combined with trabeculectomy for glaucoma has the advantages of significant clinical efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of being one of the best treatment options.
