摘 要:目的:考察复合肥施用量对穿心莲产量及效益的影响,为广东湛江地区穿心莲规范化种植合理施肥提供理论支持。方法:采用随机分组设计,以穿心莲内酯含量、总灰分、穿心莲药材亩产量、穿心莲内酯亩产量、亩净收益增加额为主要考察指标。结果:在施用氮肥的基础上,复合肥施用量对穿心莲产量及效益影响较大。随着复合肥施用量的增加,穿心莲亩产量及经济效益呈先增后减趋势,穿心莲药材亩产量在施肥量为0.075kg/m^2(50kg/亩)时最高,穿心莲内酯亩产量在施肥量0.045kg/m^2(30kg/亩)时最大,亩净收益增加额在施肥量0.045kg/m^2(30kg/亩)时最大。结论:广东湛江地区穿心莲规范化种植过程中,在施用氮肥的基础上,追施复合肥量为0.045kg/m^2(30kg/亩)时最佳。Objective:To investigate the effect of different fertilizationamounts on the yieldand benefit of Andrographispaniculata,and to provide theoretical basis for standardized cultivation of Andrographispaniculata in Zhanjiang,Guangdong.Method:By randomized block design,the content of andrographolide,total ash,the yield of Andrographispaniculata,the yield of andrographolideand increased net income per mu were taken as the main index.Results:On the basis of applying nitrogen fertilizer,different application amount of compound fertilizer have a great influence on the yield and benefit of Andrographispaniculata.With the increasing of fertilization,the yield and economic benefit of Andrographispaniculata per mu increased first and then decreased.The highest yield of Andrographispaniculata was when fertilization was 0.075 kg/m^2(50 kg/mu).The largest yield of andrographolide was when fertilization was 0.045 kg/m^2(30 kg/mu),and the largest increasednet income was when fertilization was 0.045 kg/m^2(30 kg/mu).Conclusion:Basedon the applicationof nitrogen fertilizer,the best amounts of compound fertilizer for standardized cultivationof Andrographispaniculatwas 0.045 kg/m^2(30 kg/mu)in Zhanjiang,Guangdong.
