摘　　要：针对化工染料生产中固体物料的自动化投加难题,可以采用气力输送的方法解决。对物料性质进行分析,经过测试实验,结合工程设计实例及生产实践,确认最佳设计方案。该项目实施结果证明,在输送距离为100 m、输送高度为20 m、输送速度为10 t/h的条件下,达到输送物料误差≤3‰的设计要求。Aiming at the problem of automatic addition of solid materials in chemical dye production,the method of pneumatic conveying can be adopted to solve it.The properties of solid materials were analyzed,and the best design scheme was confirmed by test experiments,conbined with engineering design examples and production practice.The implementation results of this project proves that under the conditions of conveying distance of 100 m,conveying height of 20 m and conveying speed of 10 t/h,the design requirement of conveying material error≤3‰can be achieved.
