摘　　要：文章针对屠宰及肉类加工业的主要环境污染问题,系统分析了目前该行业的管控政策、标准和技术,提出了今后行业管控技术的发展方向,旨在为该行业污染防治、环境质量改善等方面的研究提供参考。In view of the major environmental pollution problems in slaughtering and meat processing industry, this paper systematically analyzed the existing regulation and control policies, standards and technologies in this industry, and put forward the future development direction of regulation and control technologies in the industry, with the aim of providing reference for the research on pollution prevention and control, environmental quality improvement and other aspects of the industry.
