摘 要:针对水轮机主轴密封漏水事故问题,以水电站5号和6号机混流式机组为例进行了事故原因分析,研究了事故的主因、对策、目标及措施,提出了保持润滑水压的稳定性、保持弹簧受力均衡和掌握主轴密封的安装工艺的解决措施及方案。整改后,经过最后的充水试验和开机运行,密封条与滑环之间的接触面良好,机组停机时,主轴密封基本无漏水。该事故原因分析与对策对于减少水轮机主轴密封漏水事故具有积极意义。In view of the water leakage accident of the main shaft seal of the hydraulic turbine,taking the 5 and 6 units of the hydropower station as examples,this paper analyzes the causes of the accident,studies the main causes,countermeasures,objectives and measures of the accident,and puts forward the solutions and schemes for maintaining the stability of the lubricating water pressure,maintaining the force balance of the spring and the installation process of the hand-held main shaft seal.After the rectification,after the final water filling test and start-up operation,the contact surface between the sealing strip and the slip ring is good.When the unit is shut down,the main shaft seal is basically free of water leakage.The cause analysis and countermeasures of the accident are of positive significance to reduce the leakage accident of the main shaft seal of hydraulic turbine.
